To explore the possibility of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises and help the steady development of"Sweet Potato Economy",this paper took Wenzhou manufacturing enterprises as its research object,by unlocking the internal and external resources of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises based on resource orchestration view.The analysis revealed that resources such as digital infrastructure,digital talent,and corporate funds were essential for digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises,whereas,for resource-constrained enterprises in Wenzhou,identifying external resources and the utilization was also a necessary condition.Therefore,this paper examined four scenarios of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in Wenzhou in two aspects,aka,resource and pressure.It also proposed suitable resource allocation plans to maximize the benefits of"Sweet Potato Economy"with minimum resource consumption.
