As a traditional spiritual and cultural force in Wenzhou,the in-depth excavation of the"Spirit of Initiative"of Liaoyuan Society of its intrinsic value is a necessary requirement for strengthening the guidance of thought and public opinion in the new development stage,stimulating the power of the reform and innovation in Wenzhou,and vigorously promoting the rural revitalization,which is also an important path to lead the construction of rural spiritual civilization in Wenzhou.Research has showed that the current spiritual civilization construction in rural Wenzhou exists with insufficient development of cultural resources,insufficient use of spiritual and cultural facilities,and low participation of farmers.Relying on the"Spirit of Initiative"of Liaoyuan Society,it can promote the inheritance of historical and cultural memories by Wenzhou local people and then forge a new chapter of rural civilization,cultivate and develop the"Liaoyuan"cultural products,and promote the construction of public cultural service system in rural areas.And most importantly,taking the"Spirit of Initiative"of the Liaoyuan Society as an important path to lead the construction of rural spiritual civilization in Wenzhou,can enhance the sense of ownership of the local farmers,which is conducive to exerting subjectivity,deepening the practice of rural self-government,and forming a vigorous force for further promoting the construction of spiritual civilization and realizing rural revitalization in rural areas.
