The Building of Teaching Quality Evaluation System for Teaching Innovation Team in Higher Vocational Institutions
The teaching innovation team of vocational college teachers is an important initiative to build a high-level teaching team,accordingly,the evaluation of teaching quality is an important means to the building of teaching innovation teams.By adopting various methods such as Cronbach,factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process and combined with the IPO model,this paper has built a comprehensive evaluation system of teaching quality for teaching innovation team in higher vocational institutions from three aspects,namely,teaching input,teaching process and teaching effectiveness,and developed an evaluation platform.The evaluation system consisting of 3 primary indicators,13 secondary indicators,and 49 tertiary indicators is verified through empirical research.Therefore,it is essential to build an evaluation platform with IT application,implement regular assessment,and adopt diversified evaluation for the high-quality development of teaching innovation team in higher vocational institutions.
