Philanthropy outlook is the sum of people's perceptions and attitudes towards philanthropy itself,which is the value support and source of motivation for charitable activities.However,most people do not have enough awareness about philanthropy.Researches show that family environment,work environment,and social environment are the main factors influencing citizens'scientific philanthropy outlook.As such,it is necessary to leverage the functions of schools,families,enterprises and the governments to build a long-term mechanism for the cultivation and practice of innovative socialist core values marked by the modern philanthropy outlook and formed by the charitable activities in the new environment.
