摘要

乡土文化是乡村教育发展的内在动力,"乡土性"是乡村教师专业发展的典型特征,乡村教师专业发展是实现乡土文化传承与发展的关键环节.基于乡土文化视野下乡村教师专业发展的价值意蕴和现实困境,有效促进乡村教师专业发展,要以乡土文化知识为基础,为乡村教师专业发展涵养"源头活水";以乡土文化资源为支撑,提升乡村教师教育教学胜任力;以乡土文化情感为动力,激发乡村教师专业发展的主体意识.

Abstract

Local culture is the internal driving force for the development of rural education,and"locality"is a typical feature of the professional development of rural teachers,and the professional development of rural teachers is the key link to realize the inheritance and development of rural culture.Based on the value implication and practical dilemma of rural teachers'professional development from the perspective of local culture,it is necessary to effectively promote the professional development of rural teachers on the basis of local cultural knowledge,so as to conserve the"source of living water"for the professional development of rural teachers;it is to improve the teaching competency of rural teachers under the support of local cultural resources;it is still to stimulate the subjective consciousness of rural teachers'professional development on the driving force of local cultural emotion.
