摘要
高职院校师生交往关系是高职校园生活中最基本的人际关系.当前,高职院校师生交往关系中存在着明显的失调现象,具体表现为交往时空不足、交往精神式微、交往结构失衡等.其主要原因有追逐实用化倾向、权威文化的影响、信息技术使用不当及接受训练的异化等.新时代高职院校师生重构交往关系,需要延展与开拓物理空间,塑造与涵厚精神空间,提升与优化网络空间.
Abstract
The relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges is the most basic interpersonal relationship in campus life.At present,there are serious maladjustment phenomena in the communication relationship between teachers and students of higher vocational colleges,which are manifested as:lack of communication time and space,weak communication spirit,unbalance of communication construction,etc.The reasons lie in the coupling effect of tendency to pursue practicality,the influence of authoritative culture,the improper use of information technology,and the alienation of receiving training.To reconstruct the relationship between teachers and students of higher vocational colleges in the new era,it is necessary to extend and develop the physical space,shape and deepen the spiritual space,and improve and optimize the network space.
