Realistic Obstacles and Resolutive Path to High-Quality Development of the Private Economy
The private economy is an important part of the socialist market economy and a solid foundation for promoting high-quality economic development.Historically and realistically,the private economy has significantly enhanced the vitality and resilience of the socialist market economy;it has actively participated in scientific and technological innovation,helping to achieve the goal of highlevel sci-tech self-reliance and self-strengthening;and it has been a key force for common prosperity,stabilizing employment and improving people's livelihoods in the course of promoting development.At present,the high-quality development of private economy faces many practical obstacles.As far as internal obstacles are concerned,the governance mechanism and business philosophy of the private economy need to be changed,and the willingness to innovate is not strong.In terms of external obstacles,firstly,the market mechanism centered on fair competition needs to be improved;secondly,the institutional system to promote the development and innovation of the private economy needs to be optimized;and thirdly,there are fallacies in the perception of the private economy in the current social circles.To crack the above obstacles,it is necessary to improve the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics and strengthen the self-construction of private enterprises;it is necessary to optimize the external environment for the development of the private economy and provide a solid and powerful guarantee of the rule of law;it is necessary to improve the macroeconomic governance system and enhance the government's ability to govern and the level of service;and it is necessary to create a good environment for the development of the private economy in terms of public opinion.
