The Theory,Characteristics and Approaches of Social Governance Community Construction
Building a community of social governance is the benchmark and the standard for good governance in modern social governance in the new era,and it is also an inevitable result of comprehensively promoting Chinese-style modernization.Overall,the current academic research on the community of social governance has discussed it in detail from four dimensions:theory,history,practice,and era.However,it has also shown problems of fragmentation,one-sidedness,and weak integration,tending to oscillate between constructing the inherent characteristics and exogenous characteristics of social foundations.Therefore,it is of great significance to review the theoretical implications and practical interests of the community of social governance.It is obvious that the characteristics presented in the current construction of the community of social governance.They are not only a unity of historical experience summary and the realistic development needs,but also a unity of social practicality and dynamic orderliness.It is a unity of boundary openness and core subjectivity,also is a unity of strong public spirit and overall institutional awareness.According to the institutional picture of"China's governance"outlined in the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the ideal plan for the construction of the community of social governance in the new era should focus on the goal of modernizing the social governance system and governance capacity.With the premise of scientifically grasping the overall,effective,grassroots,shared,and guaranteeing aspects of the construction of the community of social governance,it should work together towards the goal of a coordinated social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance,and sharing.
