Progress,Problems and Paths of Expanding the Internal Opening Up of the Western Region
Expanding internal opening up is a significant component of enhancing the openness level in the western region,and it is of great significance for further promoting the new pattern in the development of the western region.The basic idea of expanding internal opening up in the western region is for all localities in the western region to fully integrate into the national unified market on the basis of giving play to their comparative advantages,improve the internal and external accessibility and equalization level of infrastructure in the western region,and enhance the level of collaborative development among city clusters and inter-provincial integration.This will promote the free flow of goods,factors and resources within and outside the western region,and drive the gradual development and upgrading of industries in the western region.This article studies the progress and effectiveness of the western region's internal opening-up and cooperation,as well as its opening-up and cooperation with other regions in China.This article studies the problems existing in the opening up of the western region to the domestic market,from the aspects of industrial division of labor in the western urban agglomeration,inter provincial integrated development,modern infrastructure construction,integration into the national unified market,and undertaking industrial transfer.This article discusses the ideas and key tasks of expanding domestic opening up in the western region.On this basis,this article proposes the path of expanding domestic opening in the western region:improve the coordinated development level of the western urban agglomeration,promote the integrated development of western provinces,enhance the accessibility and equalization of infrastructure in the western region,promote the integration of the western region into the national unified market,and enhance the ability of the western region to undertake industrial transfer.
