Research on Theoretical Mechanisms and Implementation Pathways for Advancing the Development of Western China and Forming a New Pattern in the New Era
Since the implementation of the Western Development Strategy,the western region has achieved many positive changes and developments.However,with the dynamic changes of the global economy and the rapid transformation of the domestic economy,opportunities and challenges coexist in the western region in the new era,and it is more urgent and necessary to promote the development of the western region to form a new pattern.The development of the western region in the new era presents new features such as the major change of development concept,the comprehensive renewal of development goals,the deepening of strategic focus and the innovation of implementation path.The development of the western region has favorable conditions such as national strategic support,rich natural resources,and ecological green development.At the same time,it faces problems such as increased uncertainty in the international situation,weak scientific research foundation,and ecological protection and economic balance.Based on profound problem insight and factor analysis,this paper constructs the key mechanism to promote the formation of a new pattern,and puts forward the implementation path to promote the formation of a new pattern in the western development in the new era,including implementing the new development concept,promoting scientific and technological guidance and industrial upgrading,improving infrastructure construction,promoting green and low-carbon development,broadening the opening up to the outside world,and optimizing social governance and public services.
