Theoretical Logic and Realization Path of Rural Governance Community Construc-tion from the Perspective of Common Prosperity
Realizing the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas is the most difficult and heavy task in China,which means that strengthening and innovating rural governance will undertake more goals and tasks to achieve common prosperity.Therefore,it is necessary to build a community of rural governance from the perspective of common prosperity to achieve a high degree of unity between common prosperity and effective governance in rural areas.However,the existing research has rarely taken common prosperity as the breakthrough point and carried out the research on rural governance community from this perspective,especially the research attention on how common prosperity guides and promotes the construction of rural governance community and how the construction of rural governance community can effectively promote common prosperity is not enough.Firstly,this paper analyzes the internal relationship between the realization of common prosperity and the construction of rural governance community,and finds that realizing common prosperity is the basic premise and value orientation in the construction of rural governance community,while the construction of rural governance community is the realization and essential requirement of common prosperity,which shows the internal coupling relationship between the two ways and purposes of mutual realization.Secondly,based on this internal relationship,we can find that the foundation of the internal unity of the Marx's community thought and urban-rural relationship theory is its theoretical origin,the realistic guidance of the internal unity of Xi Jinping's Thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era's common prosperity thought and rural governance thought is its theoretical innovation,and the contemporary sublimation of"Great Harmony"and rural governance thought in Chinese excellent culture is its theoretical foundation.Finally,on its implementation path,we need to strengthen Party building and strengthen the"connotation"and"extension"of coordinating the rural governance community,to develop rural collective economy to build the material foundation of rural governance community,and to improve the rural governance system of"Three Governance Integration"and the governance mechanism of rural governance community.Besides,we need to actively promote urban-rural integration and activate the endogenous motivation of rural governance community.Compared with the previous literature,this paper expands in the following two aspects:first,it combs the internal relationship between the realization of common prosperity and the construction of rural governance community,and clarifies the theoretical premise of in-depth discussion of rural governance community and its construction from a new perspective of common prosperity.Secondly,in the analysis of theoretical logic,it pays attention to the basic principles of Marxism and its combination with China's reality and Chinese excellent traditional culture.Instead of thinking about the governance community in the rural category,it innovatively discusses the rural governance community and its construction from the overall situation of urban-rural integration based on economic relations and the basic trend of rural governance modernization.The research in this paper may enrich and expand the theoretical horizon of the study of rural governance community to a certain extent,reveal the internal relationship between common prosperity and rural governance community,help relevant departments in China to provide ideas and references for policy making in rural governance practice at present,promote rural governance effectively and solidly promote farmers'common prosperity in rural areas.
