Research on Promoting Modern Industrial System Construction by New Quality Productive Forces
Under the new wave of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change,how to continuously introduce new technologies and advanced production factors to cultivate new quality productive forces.It is a major issue that must be answered in the process of China's modernization by promoting strategic emerging industries and developing and expanding the industries of the future,by promoting the in-depth transformation of traditional industries and seizing the commanding heights of global industrial development,and by constructing a modernized industrial system with global competitiveness.This paper found that the leap in productivity in the previous industrial revolutions has driven industrial change and the formation of industrial systems.In the context of the new scientific and technological revolution,the new quality productive forces shows a new era of connotation and characteristics,and plays a crucial driving role in the modern industrial system.In the context of Chinese modernization,China's modern industrial system includes industrial structure system,industrial organization system,industrial factor system,industrial function system and industrial support system.The new quality productive forces continuously optimizes the industrial structure system,industrial organization system,industrial factor system,industrial function system and industrial support system through the effect of technological empowerment,organizational reshaping,factor upgrading,chain mending and chain strengthening,and the effect of building up a strong foundation,etc.,and it constantly promotes the construction of integrity,advancement and safety of the modernized industrial system.This paper interprets the important connotation of new quality productive forces from the three keywords of"New","Quality"and"Productivity"based on the theory that productivity includes both physical and permeable elements.This paper closely follows the frontier of science and technology,focuses on how to cultivate new quality productive forces to promote the construction of modern industrial system in an all-round,multi-level.Compared with other literature,it has a unique research perspective and value.In addition,this paper focuses on the main directions of"Inner","Entity","Digitalization","Greening"and"Future",clarifies the construction of modern industrial system and its mechanism,and puts forward relevant countermeasure suggestions based on the current problems in the construction of a modern industrial system with integrity,advancement and safety in China,which also provides ideas and ways for the development of the new quality productive forces.The study on new quality productive forces in this paper provides technical direction,resource guidance and mechanism support for the construction of a future-oriented modern industrial system in China.New quality productive forces is a new growth point for the revitalization of the economy of all countries,and its formation process can breed more core technologies and high-quality talents,promote synergistic innovation between industries,and thus improve the international competitiveness of the industries of all countries.This is an inevitable requirement for high-quality economic development and a new mission for building a modern socialist country in all respects.The development of new productive forces is an inevitable requirement for high-quality economic development and a new mission for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.
