The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Exercise in the Prevention and Treatment of Elderly Osteoporosis
Senile osteoporosis(SOP)is a common clinical metabolic disease with high incidence and great harm,and how to effectively prevent the occurrence and development of senile osteoporosis has become a research hotspot in recent years.A large number of studies have shown that the efficacy of traditional exercise in preventing SOP and improving its symptoms of bone pain is significant,and it has the unique advantage of being"simple,convenient,cheap and effective",which is suitable for clinical promotion.In this paper,we combine the idea of"Tongyou do not pain"in traditional Chinese medicine to explore the role of traditional exercise"using general as a remedy"in the prevention and treatment of senile osteoporosis,and review the recent progress in understanding the mechanism and clinical application of four major traditional exercise utilitarians,namely Tai Chi,Baduanjin,wuavian games,and Yijing,respectively,in the prevention and treatment of SOP,with the aim of fully realizing the characteristics and advantages of traditional exercise utilitarians and developing traditional exercise interventions for patients with SOP in clinical science.Thus,it provides new ideas to control the progress of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.
