生决明子和炒决明子结构中红外光谱研究

采用中红外(MIR)光谱(包括:一维MIR光谱、二阶导数MIR光谱、四阶导数MIR光谱及去卷积MIR光谱)开展了决明子(包括:生决明子和炒决明子)结构研究.试验发现,决明子结构的红外吸收模式主要包括:νasCH3-决明子、νasCH2-决明子、νsCH3-决明子、νsCH2-决明子、νC=O-决明子、Ⅰ-决明子、νamide-Ⅱ-决明子νc-o-决明子.研究发现,决明子结构的去卷积MIR光谱的谱图分辨能力要优于相应的一维MIR光谱、二阶导数MIR光谱和四阶导数MIR光谱.决明子主要成分包括:多糖类、蛋白质及油脂.本项研究拓展了 MIR光谱技术在重要的中药(生决明子和炒决明子)结构的研究范围.
Study on the Structure of Raw Cassia Seed and Fried Cassia Seed by Middle Infrared Spectroscopy
The cassia seed structure(including:raw cassia seed and fried cassia seed)was studied by middle infrared(MIR)spectroscopy(including:one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy,second derivative MIR spectroscopy,fourth derivative MIR spectroscopy and deconvolution MIR spectroscopy).The experiment results showed that the infrared absorption modes of cassia seed structure included νasCH3-cassia seed,νasCH2-cassia seed,,νsCH3-cassia seed,as CH3-cassia seed,as CH2-cassia seed,νsCH3-cassia seed,νsCH2-cassia seed,νC=O-cassia seed,νamide-Ⅰ-cassia seed,νamide-Ⅱ-cassia seed and νC-O-cassia seed;and the research found that the spectrum quality of deconvolution infrared spectroscopy was better than one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy,second derivative MIR spectroscopy and fourth derivative MIR spectroscopy.The main components of cassia seed included polysaccharide,protein and oil.The research of this paper expanded the scope of MIR spectroscopy in the study of the structure of important Chinese medicines(raw cassia and stir-fried cassia).
