展示、分析白藜芦醇肝脏应用研究领域文献的整体现状、研究热点及未来趋势.以Web of Science核心合集数据库中白藜芦醇肝脏应用研究的相关文献为研究对象,应用CiteSpace软件对文献的作者、机构和关键词、被引文献等进行可视化展现与分析.共纳入分析文献1 782篇,年发文量呈整体上升趋势,得到以王恬-张昊为核心的合作者关系网,以长庚大学、南京农业大学为核心的合作团体.挖掘出氧化应激、表达、代谢、脂肪肝、胰岛素抵抗等关键词.白藜芦醇肝脏应用研究主要聚焦于体内代谢、药理作用及分子机理等方面,研究上重基础轻临床应用转化,相关机构及主要作者间的联系强度不高.建议加强组织机构及个人间的合作,增加高质量的临床应用研究,从而推动该领域的全面发展.
Visual Analysis of Resveratrol in Liver Applications Based on CiteSpace and Web of Science
In this paper,the current situation,research hotspots and future trends of the literature in the field of resveratrol liver application research were presented and analyzed.The related literatures of resveratrol liver application in the core collection database of Web of Science were taken as the research object,and the authors,institutions,keywords and cited literatures were visually displayed and analyzed by CiteSpace software.A total of 1782 papers were included in the analysis,with an overall upward trend in annual publication.A network of collaborator relationships with Wang Tian-Zhang Hao as the core,and a collaborative group with Chang Gung University and Nanjing Agricultural University as the main bodies were formed.Keywords such as oxidative stress,expression,metabolism,fatty liver,and insulin resistance were mined.The liver application research of resveratrol mainly focuses on metabolism,pharmacological action and molecular mechanism etc.,and the research focuses on the transformation of basic application rather than clinical application,and the related institutions are not closely related to the main authors.It is suggested that cooperation between organizations and individuals should be strengthened,high-quality clinical application research should be enhanced,and all-round development of this field should be promoted.
