Research on the Identification and Redevelopment Potential of Urban Low-Utility Land Based on Multi-Source Data——Taking Qiaodong District of Zhangjiakou City as An Example
To accurately identify and assess urban low-utility land, improve the efficiency of existing land use in the city, and promote high-quality urban development.Standard deviation ellipse analysis, kernel density analysis method, and GIS weighted overlay analysis method were used to conduct a study on identifying and measuring the redevelopment potential of low utility land in Qiaodong District,Zhangjiakou City. The analysis results show that:(1)the number of low-utility land patches in Qiaodong District is relatively small, but the area accounts for a large proportion of the land, mainly industrial land and urban residential land;(2)the low-utility land in Qiaodong District is mainly concentrated in three areas:the border between Qiaodong District and Qiaoxi District, the northern part of Qiaodong District, and the Airport Economic Development Zone, which is characterized by a certain spatial agglomeration;(3)the low utility land in Qiaodong District has a large potential for redevelopment, with the greatest potential for redevelopment in the areas of residential land and industrial land.industrial land has the greatest redevelopment potential. Therefore, compared with the traditional method of identifying and measuring the redevelopment potential of low-utility land, the application of multi-source data will greatly improve the accuracy and scientificity of the identification and measurement of the redevelopment potential of low-utility land and has a strong operability.
