Research on the Gender Characteristics and Differences of Planter Biomechanics of Sports Dance Majors Students
In order to explore the characteristics of plantar pressure of male and female college students, this paper analyzes the difference of plantar pressure after long-term training, and provides the theoretical reference for college students who participate in sports dance training for a long time.By using the Free Step V3 Manual plantar stress testing system,34 male and female students were tested for naked foot static standing posture and naked foot gait. The results shows:(1)In the static test of bare foot, the proportion of male forefoot area is significantly greater than that of female's;the proportion of female hind foot load ratio is greater than that of male's.(2)The AI index of women is significantly lower than that of men.(3)The MFM value, left foot T2345 and HL load ratio of women are significantly higher than those of men.The load ratio of M1 and M5 in men is greater than that in women.(4)The peak pressure of MFM,left foot T2345 and right foot HM are significantly greater in females than in males.(5)M12345,right foot T1 and left foot MFL pressure-time scores are significantly greater in males than in females;the pressure-time integral of right foot MFM is significantly greater in females than in males.(6)The horizontal offset of the longitudinal axis of the pressure center is significantly greater in males than in females.
