Design and Implementation of Control System for New Calcium Silicate Board Stacker
In view of the problems of low production efficiency,high maintenance costs,and inaccurate positioning of traditional domestic calcium silicate stackers,a new type of calcium silicate plate stacker control system was improved and designed.Siemens S7-1200 programmable logic controller was used as the core platform to control stacker,together with SEW servo driver,SEW synchronous servo motor and Siemens KTP1200PN touch screen,the control of stacker was completed.The control system canceled the hydraulic lift platform under of traditional stacker and eliminated the impact of hydraulic lift platform failure on production line shutdown.By optimizing the running trajectory of the stacker sucker,a new idea is introduced for the safe height of the vehicle body walking and sucker lifting.A special algorithm designed and adopted in which the sucker does not rise to the top and the car body can walk.This shorten the journey of sucker and saved the running time of a single cycle of the stacker,and the operation time of a single cycle of the stacker has been shortened from the previous 15 seconds to a maximum of 10 seconds for the traditional stacker with the same stroke.Actual use shows that this control system is stable and reliable,the configuration is economical and practical,the car body and sucker are accurately positioned,and the stacking is neat,which improves work efficiency.
