基于耦合协调度模型和二元Logistic模型的"人-地"流动关系研究

摘要
劳动人口与土地都是农业生产的基本要素,也是乡村振兴的关键.通过问卷调查获得样本数据,运用耦合协调度模型测算人口流动与土地流转的耦合协调度,用推拉理论构建了农地流转的影响模型.结果表明:(1)农地流转和农业人口流动的评价指数分别为0.292 8和0.229 7,总体协调度为0.2613,耦合度为0.992 7,达到高耦合水平;(2)无偿流转和出租流转的农地流转评价指数分别为0.113 2,0.181 4,农业人口流动指数分别0.175 6和0.333 8;(3)农业人口流动促进了农地流转,人口流动时长和受教育程度均对农地流转产生正向影响.提出应构建新型农村土地制度,不断挖掘乡村特色文化,逐渐完善农地流转体系.
Abstract
Labor force and land are both basic elements of agricultural production and the key to rural revitalization.Sample data were obtained through questionnaire surveys,the coupling coordination degree model was used to measure the coupling coordination degree between population mobility and land transfer,and the push-pull theory was used to construct an impact model of agricultural land transfer.The research results showed that:(1)The evaluation indexes of agricultural land transfer and agricultural population mobility are 0.292 8 and 0.229 7,respectively,the overall coordination degree is 0.261 3,and the coupling degree is 0.992 7,reaching a high coupling level.(2)The evaluation indexes of agricultural land transfer for free transfer and lease transfer are 0.113 2 and 0.181 4 respectively,and the labor transfer indexes are 0.175 6 and 0.333 8 respectively.(3)Agricultural population mobility promotes agricultural land transfer,and both the duration of population migration and education level have a positive impact on agricultural land transfer.It also proposed that a new rural land system should be constructed,rural characteristic culture should be continuously explored,and the farmland transfer system should be gradually improved.
