摘要

蒲公英别名蒲公草、黄花地丁、黄花三七、婆婆丁等,为菊科属多年生草本植物;蒲公英有抗菌、抗突变、抑瘤、抗氧化等多种药理作用,并能提高机体免疫性.利用超声波辅助酶法提取蒲公英中的蒲公英多糖,利用分光光度法探讨蒲公英多糖对大肠杆菌的抑制作用,并探讨在不同培养时间、多糖的酸碱性和多糖浓度与其抗菌活性之间的关系.实验结果显示蒲公英多糖确实对大肠杆菌具有抑菌效果,并且蒲公英多糖浓度越大抑菌效果越好;当摇床时间为48小时、多糖溶液为中性时抑菌效果最好.

Abstract

Dandelion,also known as Pu grass,diluteyellow crotalaria herb,Yellow flower notoginseng and Mother-in-law Ding,is a perennial herb of Asteraceae.Dandelion has various pharmacological effects such as antibacterial,anti-mutagenic,anti-tumor and antioxidant.It can also improve the body's immunity.In this paper,the ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic method was used to extract dandelion polysaccharide,and the spectrophotometry was used to investigate the inhibitory effect of dandelion polysaccharide on Escherichia coli.The relationship is explored between different cultivation times,polysaccharide acidity/alkalinity,polysaccharide concentrations and their antimicrobial activity.The experimental results showed that Dandelion polysaccharide indeed had an antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli,and the greater the concentration of dandelion polysaccharide,the better the antibacterial effect.Moreovre,the best antibacterial effect was observed when the shaking time was 48 hours,or the polysaccharide solution was neutral.
