六君子汤加减治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染导致多种消化系统疾病的研究进展

摘要
综述了六君子汤加减在治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染所致的各类消化系统疾病方面的研究进展.幽门螺旋杆菌感染可引发多种疾病,包括慢性胃炎、消化不良、消化性溃疡、胃食管反流病和胃癌等.当前,四联疗法虽为主要西医治疗手段,但其副作用及患者耐受性问题逐渐显现.中医药在治疗此类疾病中展现独特优势,其中六君子汤作为经典方剂被广泛应用.研究表明,六君子汤加减能有效改善患者的临床症状,降低炎症反应并保护胃黏膜.然而,其治疗机制尚不完全清楚,需要进一步深入研究.未来研究应加强对六君子汤加减的规范性和临床价值的探索,并关注其与西医治疗的联合应用,以期提供更全面、个性化的治疗方案,更深入地认识其在消化系统疾病治疗中的应用价值.
Abstract
This paper reviews the research progress of Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of various digestive system diseases caused by Helicobacter pylori infection.Helicobacter pylori infection can cause a variety of diseases,including chronic gastritis,dyspepsia,peptic ulcer,gastroesophageal reflux disease and gastric cancer.At present,although quadruple therapy is the main western medicine treatment method,its side effects and patient tolerance are gradually emerging.Traditional Chinese medicine shows unique advantages in the treatment of diseases above,with Liujunzi Decoction being widely used as a classic prescription.Studies have shown that Liujunzi Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the inflammatory response and protect the gastric mucosa.However,its therapeutic mechanism is not fully understood and is required further in-depth study.Future researchs should strengthen the exploration of the standardization and clinical value of Liujunzi Decoction,and focus on its combined application with western medicine treatment,in order to provide more comprehensive and personalized treatment plans,and to further understand its application value in the treatment of digestive system diseases.
