合肥都市圈农产品冷链物流网络构建

合肥都市圈物流网络系统在长三角区域物流发展中占据重要地位,合理构建该区域物流网络不仅可以促进圈内区域经济发展,还利于长三角一体化发展,缩小发展差距.研究通过建立灰色GM(1,1)模型预测合肥都市圈2022-2026年农产品冷链物流需求规模,采用Arcmap10.8软件分析2012、2019、2026三年的物流需求空间分布特征.从区域经济、物流业、农产品供给以及需求4个维度,构建农产品冷链物流综合发展评价指标体系.通过熵权TOPSIS模型得到各地级市的物流质量,根据物流质量划分出轴心和辐点城市.利用引力模型计算各地级市之间的引力强度和物流隶属度,结合计算结果,构建以合肥市为轴心的农产品冷链物流网络.
Construction of Cold Chain Logistics Network for Agricultural Products in Hefei Metropolitan Area
The logistics network system of Hefei metropolitan area plays an important role in the development of logistics in the Yangtze River Delta region.Reasonably constructing the logistics network in this region can not only promote development of the regional economies,but also facilitate the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and narrow the development gap.The study predicts the scale of cold chain logistics demand for agricultural products in the Hefei metropolitan area from 2022 to 2026 by establishing a grey GM(1,1)model,and analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of logistics demand in 2012,2019,and 2026 by Arcmap 10.8 software.This paper constructs a comprehensive development evaluation index system for agricultural cold chain logistics from four dimensions:regional economy,logistics industry,agricultural product supply,and demand.It obtains the logistics quality of each prefecture-level city through the entropy weight TOPSIS model,and divides the hub and spoke cities based on the logistics quality.Applying the gravity model to calculate the gravity intensity and logistics membership between cities at different levels,combining with the calculation results,is constructed a cold chain logistics network for agricultural products with Hefei City as the hub.
