High formwork support system safety monitoring based on fiber Bragg grating sensors
The paper,the application of fiber Bragg grating sensors for safety monitoring of high formwork support system(hereinafter referred to as"high formwork")during mass concrete pouring is described.Combined with the actual engineering case,the structural principle of the fiber Bragg grating sensors used to monitor the box settlement,the horizontal displacement of support system,the axial force and the concrete temperature change from pouring to solidification is introduced.At the same time,the installation method of the relevant sensor in measuring the corresponding parameters and the solution to the cross-sensitivity of the temperature and strain of the fiber Bragg grating sensor are explained.The advantages and disadvantages of fiber Bragg grating sensors for safety monitoring of high formwork support systems are analyzed,which can provide reference for subsequent safety monitoring of similar projects.
