Research on the master construction planning of Yangjiagou village under the perspective of cultural conservation and rural revitalization
Yangjiagou is a special type of villages with rich red cultural resources but remote location, inconvenient external transport, weak industrial base, and scarce land resources, etc.,which has long been facing the double pressure of red cultural resources protection and rural revitalization.Based on the theory of rural regional system and its assessment framework, the development level and problems of Yangjiagou rural subsystems are diagnosed, and the results show that:Yangjiagou rural subsystems are at a bipolar level of development, and despite its rich red cultural resources and profound historical and cultural heritage, the village is difficult to fully develop its agriculture and tourism industry due to the impacts of fragile ecological environments, shortage of land resources, and constraints on heritage conservation requirements, leading to outflow of population, hollowing out of the industry, and slow economic development, further aggravating the problem of maintenance of the cultural sites. In this regard, the plan proposes a development model of"red culture+X",forming a virtuous cycle of cultural heritage conservation leading to red tourism, feeding back to heritage conservation and promoting rural revitalization, while adopting the spatial layout of"branching network fractal"to solve the potential land use conflicts between heritage environmental protection, tourism industry development and migrant relocation and re-settlement.
