摘要
随着信息科技、人工智能、大数据等新兴技术的迅猛发展,新质生产力随之涌现.现代社会经济正处于数字化转型的关键阶段,这一进程为新质生产力的诞生创造了契机,不仅优化和提高了生产效率,而且还激发了产品与服务的创新.新技术、新模式、新制度的融入已成为推动生产力增长的关键因素,构成了当前经济增长的核心驱动力.通过剖析新质生产力的内涵、特征及现状,并从技术创新、产业协同及国际竞争三个维度揭示其生成逻辑.通过分析新质生产力对社会经济的影响及所面临的挑战,提出加强技术创新和引进、构建适应的管理模式和机制、加大法律监管力度以及营造良好的社会氛围等措施,旨在明确新质生产力未来的发展方向.
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology,artificial intelligence,big data and other emerging technologies,new quality productive forces have been emerging.Modern societies and economies are in a critical stage of digital transformation,which creates opportunities for the birth of new quality productive forces.This can not only optimize and improve production efficiency,but also stimulate innovation in products and services.The integration of new technologies,new models,and new institutions has become a key of productivity growth and constitutes the core driver of current economic growth.By interpreting the connotation,characteristics and current situation of new quality productive forces,the paper discusses its generative logic from the three dimensions of technological innovation,industrial cooperation and international competition.Analyzing the impact of new quality productive forces on society and the economy and the challenges faced the paper put forward measures of strengthening technological innovation and import,constructing adaptable management modes and mechanisms,intensifying legal supervision,and creating a favorable social atmosphere with the view to clarifying the future development direction of new quality productive forces.
