摘要
高校是先进文化传承与创新的前沿阵地.大学精神文化是学校文化建设的核心,集中体现着一所大学的特性、办学理念和精神追求,也是学校实现自我发展的内在动力.迈入新时代,高校应该深入实施文化引领,通过"神化"、物化、人化、心化、行化、友化等途径,推进大学精神文化建设,振奋精神,凝心聚力,彰显办学特色,提升学校核心竞争力和文化软实力.
Abstract
Universities are at the forefront of the inheritance and innovation of advanced culture.The culture of uni-versity spirit,one of the core of its cultural construction,reflects its uniqueness,school-running ideas,and spiritu-al pursuit,and also the internal impetus for the school to achieve self-development.In a new era,cultural guidance should be thoroughly implemented in universities.By means of condensing the university spirit,materializing the culture,cultivating the typical characters,absorbing the spiritual nutrients,practicing the spirit in action,and pro-moting the alumni culture,we would promote the cultural construction of university spirit,inspire enthusiasm,gather strength,highlight the distinguishing quality of school running in order to enhance the core competitiveness and cultural soft power of the university.
