Achieving the all-round development of human beings is the value goal that Marxist doctrine has always pursued.Recalling Marx's expression,this paper concludes that human comprehensive development includes the development of both personality and sociality.As human beings enter the digital age,digital technology brings op-portunities for human development,and on the other hand,it unknowingly causes the disappearance of human free time to a certain extent,which therefore hinders the development of human essential power,promotes individual-ism,negatively affects human interaction,and brings difficulties to the development of human personality and soci-ality.In this regard,it is necessary to explore ways to solve the dilemma at the technical,institutional and main body level,so that digitalization can become a positive presence in promoting the all-round development of human beings.
