Generative AI such as ChatGPT has become the most innovative and explosive emerging technology in the 21st century,but its ideological attributes such as data monopoly,soft penetration,and concept shaping are"val-ue-neutral theory"in essence.The use of Generative AI such as ChatGPT in the cultural field may lead to hidden dangers that the cultural construction subjectivity is"decentralized"due to the constraints of algorithm recommen-dation,the cultural core subjectivity is"silenced"under the control of digital hegemony,and that the cultural method subjectivity is"manipulated"by the driving force of capital logic.Therefore,it is necessary to actively ex-plore the regulation to control the hidden dangers in the way of improving the comprehensive quality of the construc-ting subjects,adhering to the goal orientation to edify the people with culture,and strengthening the technical regu-lation of intelligent algorithms,so as to help the construction of modern civilization of the Chinese nation.
