Since the founding of the new China,the Chinese nation has made a great leap from rising up and be-coming prosperous to getting strong.The theory of productivity has also continuously evolved with the changes of the times,experiencing the theoretical changes from"exploration and practice"to"development and deepening"and then to"qualitative change and innovation".In addition,as a new qualitative state that has emerged in the new era and a qualitative leap over traditional productivity,the new quality productivity gives prominence to the dialectical meaning of"change"and"changelessness"in the process of qualitative evolution from the traditional productivity to the new quality productivity.This is the concrete manifestation of upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground in reality and demonstrates the practical context of the qualitative transformation of productivity.Ac-cordingly,it is of important theoretical significance and practical value to combine the theoretical level of productiv-ity with the practical level of qualitative evolution of productivity and to propose a practical path of"promoting the formation of new quality productivity"from four dimensions of technological innovation,institutional reform,quality of talents,and international cooperation.
