摘要

高校二级学院的发展状况直接关系到学校整体发展目标的实现.因此建构科学的评价指标体系,对切实提高教学管理水平和教学质量意义重大.以西安欧亚学院二级学院的评价指标体系构建为例,阐述了对二级学院进行评价的指标设计的原则、特点、示例,并提出了建立评价机制的建设对策.
