摘要

在借鉴欧洲国家、我国其他省市应用技术大学发展经验的基础上,对陕西省新建本科院校向应用技术大学转型面临的挑战进行了分析,并基于西安欧亚学院发展的实践,提出迎接挑战的对策及建议,以期对同类院校转型发展提供借鉴.
