TOE框架下能源企业绿色创新的驱动因素研究——基于面板数据的动态QCA分析

运用动态QCA方法,选取我国2016-2021年110家能源上市公司面板数据进行绿色创新的组态路径分析.研究结果表明:能源企业绿色创新驱动因素具有多重协同和殊途同归的特点,技术、组织、环境层面要素均无法单独成为高水平绿色创新的必要条件,需要发挥各要素间协同作用;在充分性分析中发现存在三条驱动能源企业绿色创新的组态路径,将其可提炼为"技术—组织驱动"型及"多因素驱动"型;研发资金和人员投入、高管绿色认知是高水平绿色创新的核心条件,数字化水平、组织冗余与环境规制间存在潜在替补关系.能源企业应结合具体情况选择适合本企业的绿色创新发展道路.
Research on Driving Factors of Green Innovation in Energy Enterprises under TOE Framework——Dynamic QCA Analysis Based on Panel Data
The dynamic QCA method is used to analyze the configuration path of green innovation based on the panel data of 110 listed energy companies in China from 2016 to 2021.The results show that the driving factors of green innovation of energy enterprises have the characteristics of multiple synergies and the same path,while the factors at the level of technology,organization and environment cannot become the necessary conditions for high-level green innovation alone,so it is necessary to play a synergistic role among various el-ements.In the sufficiency analysis,it is found that there are three configuration paths to drive green innovation in energy enterprises,which can be refined into"technology-organization driven"and"multi-factor driven"types.Research and development funds,personnel investment and green cognition of executives are the core conditions for high-level green innovation,and there is a potential substitute relationship between digital lev-el,organizational redundancy and environmental regulation.Energy enterprises should choose the green innova-tion development path suitable for their own enterprises according to the specific situation.
