摘要
网络民粹主义是为表达现实诉求与焦虑情绪的特定群体的意志聚合,因其传播介质的强大而相较于传统民粹主义具有更高效的聚合方式、更大体量的受众以及更具感染力的情绪气质,是民粹主义在网络空间的延伸.社会转型时期的群体焦虑是我国网络民粹主义的生成基础,其诉求的理路主要按照"话语对抗—广场审判—非理性发泄—真相漠视"进行,诉求特点表现为集体无意识与非政治性.在分析网络民粹主义表现样态的基础上,从民生保障、法规建设、渠道疏通、素质提升等四个维度提出相应的纠治进路..
Abstract
Network populism is the will aggregation of specific groups to express realistic demands and anxious emotions.Due to its powerful communication media,compared with traditional populism,it has a more efficient aggregation method,a larger audience and a more appealing emotional temperament,which is an ex-tension of populism in the network space.The group anxiety in the period of social transformation is the genera-tion basis of network populism in our country.The rational path of its appeal is mainly carried out according to"discourse confrontation-square judgment-irrational venting-disregard of truth",and the appeal is charac-terized by collective unconsciousness and non-political.Based on the analysis of its performance pattern,this paper clarifies the correction approach from four dimensions:livelihood guarantee,regulation construction,channel dredging and quality improvement.
