摘要
为剖析数字化转型对供应链弹性的影响机制,建立概念模型分别检验供应链协同以及企业规模在两者之间的中介效应与调节效应.结果表明:数字化转型与供应链弹性显著正相关;供应链协同在数字化转型与供应链弹性中起部分中介作用;企业规模对数字化转型与供应链弹性、数字化转型与供应链协同有负向调节作用,而对供应链协同与供应链弹性有正向调节作用.提出应积极开展企业数字化转型,建立供应链协同管理机制,为中小企业营造良好的转型支持氛围.
Abstract
In order to analyze the influence mechanism of digital transformation on supply chain elastic-ity,a conceptual model was established to test the mediating and moderating effects of supply chain synergy and enterprise size between them.The results show that digital transformation is positively correlated with sup-ply chain elasticity.Supply chain collaboration plays a partial mediating role between digital transformation and supply chain elasticity.The moderating effect of enterprise size is shown as a negative moderating effect on dig-ital transformation,supply chain elasticity and supply chain synergy,and a positive moderating effect on supply chain synergy and supply chain elasticity.It is suggested that enterprises should actively carry out digital trans-formation,establish supply chain collaborative management mechanism,and create a good transformation sup-port atmosphere for small and medium-sized enterprises.
