The Influence of Non-Working Hours Work Connectivity on Employees'Silent Behavior
Based on the questionnaire of employees in manufacturing enterprises,the influence of non-working hours connectivity on employees'silence behavior was analyzed,and SPSS22.0 and SPSSAU were used for empirical test.The results show that non-working hours work connectivity positively influences employees'silent behavior;Employee job burnout plays a part of mediating role,which leads to their silent behavior;Or-ganizational identity positively moderates the influence of non-working working connectivity on employees'si-lent behavior.The higher the employee's organizational identity is,the higher the possibility of non-working working connectivity leading to employees'silent behavior is.Some suggestions are put forward to reduce the negative influence of employees'silent behavior from organizational work arrangement and organizational voice behavior incentive measures.
