摘要
碳排放权交易制度对于推进节能减排,加速绿色发展具有重要的意义.基于2007-2021年30个省份的数据,采用倾向得分匹配与双重差分相结合的方式探究碳交易试点政策对制造业低碳转型的影响效应与作用机制.研究表明:(1)碳交易试点政策在推动制造业低碳转型方面起到了显著的促进作用,这一结论在经过平行趋势检验、安慰剂检验和其他稳健性检验之后仍然成立;(2)机制分析表明,碳交易试点政策通过提高能源利用效率来推动制造业的低碳转型;(3)区域异质性分析显示,碳交易试点政策促进制造业低碳转型的效果在中部地区和东部地区最为显著,而对西部地区的制造业低碳转型影响则不明显.
Abstract
Carbon emission trading system is of great significance for promoting energy conservation and emission reduction and accelerating green development.Based on the data of 30 provinces from 2007 to 2021,the combination of propensity score matching and double difference was used to explore the impact effect and mechanism of carbon trading pilot policies on the low-carbon transformation of manufacturing industry.The results show that:(1)the carbon trading pilot policy plays a significant role in promoting the low-carbon transformation of the manufacturing industry,and this conclusion is still valid after the parallel trend test,place-bo test and other robustness tests;(2)Mechanism analysis shows that the carbon trading pilot policy promotes the low-carbon transformation of the manufacturing industry by improving energy utilization efficiency;(3)Regional heterogeneity analysis shows that the effect of carbon trading pilot policies on promoting the low-car-bon transformation of manufacturing industry is most significant in the central and eastern regions,while the im-pact on the low-carbon transformation of manufacturing industry in western regions is not obvious.
