装备制造业产业链、创新链、人才链"三链"耦合机制和协调研究——以陕西省为例

摘要
基于2013-2021年陕西省数据,通过构建陕西省装备制造业"三链"评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型和灰色关联度模型探究装备制造业"三链"的耦合协调度等级和耦合协调作用机制.结果发现:(1)陕西省装备制造业"三链"耦合协调发展状况总体稳定但存在波动性;(2)西安市装备制造业的耦合协调度处于中级水平,其余9个地级市耦合协调水平普遍偏低,呈现关中、陕南、陕北逐次降低的特征;(3)灰色关联度的测算和分析表明,总体上产业链、创新链和人才链之间发展关系密切,均处于高度关联的阶段.
Abstract
Based on the data of Shaanxi Province from 2013 to 2021,by constructing the"three chains"evaluation index system of Shaanxi equipment manufacturing industry,the coupling coordination degree model and grey correlation degree model are used to explore the coupling coordination degree level and coupling coor-dination mechanism of the"three chains"of equipment manufacturing industry.The results show that:(1)the coupling and coordinated development of the"three chains"of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province is generally stable but fluctuated;(2)The coupling coordination degree of the equipment manufacturing industry in Xian is at the intermediate level,and the coupling coordination level of the other 9 prefecture-level cities is generally low,showing the characteristics of successive decreases in Guanzhong,southern Shaanxi and northern Shaanxi;(3)The calculation and analysis of grey correlation degree show that,on the whole,the industrial chain,innovation chain and talent chain are closely related to each other and are all in a highly correlated stage.
