Improving the protection of the basic rights of supervision objects is not only a practical re-quirement for clarifying the duties and powers of supervisory organs and strengthening supervision and restric-tion on them,but also an integral part of standardizing the operation of supervisory powers and promoting the legalization of supervision work.The current theoretical research has insufficient understanding of the particu-larity of the supervision objects themselves and their basic rights protection.The supervision law norms and su-pervision practices also focus more on the effective operation of the supervision power,and to some extent ig-nore the protection of the basic rights of the supervision objects.In fact,the authorization of public power and the identity of party members make the supervision object and the protection of their basic rights become spe-cial.Supervision legal norms and the basic rights of supervision objects jointly construct the exercise space of supervision power.In view of the risk of infringement of the personal and property rights of the supervision ob-jects in the process of supervision,investigation and disposal,it is necessary to explore ways to protect the basic rights of the supervision objects from the aspects of perfecting the legal standard system,regulating supervision activities,and relieving the rights of the objects of supervision.
