Evaluation on the Resilience of China's Oil Industry Chain and Supply Chain
Oil security is directly related to national energy security,economic stability and social devel-opment,and strengthening the resilience of China's oil industry chain and supply chain is the key to ensure China's energy security.A comprehensive evaluation system was built around the connotation of the resilience of the oil industry chain and supply chain.The entropy method was used to measure the resilienceof the oil indus-try chain and supply chain from 2002 to 2022,and the DEMATEL-ISM model was used to find out the main factors affecting the toughness of the oil industry chain and supply chain.The results show that the resilience level of China's oil industry chain and supply chain is generally rising in a fluctuating manner,exceeding the average level of the sample period in 2015;restorability is the main factor affecting the resilience of China's oil industry chain and supply chain;the ability to resist accounts for a large proportion of the important factors to ensure the resilience of the oil industry chain and supply chain.Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to enhance the oil supply capacity,broaden the oil transportation channels and reduce the dependence on foreign countries.
