Prediction and Influencing Factor Analysis of Water Dew Point at Top of Atmospheric Tower
Using Aspen Plus process simulation software and BK10 thermodynamic model,the atmospheric distillation system of crude oil in a refinery was simulated,and the dew point of the top and condensation cooling system of atmospheric tower was predicted in order to provide a basis for controlling the dew point corrosion at the top of atmospheric tower.The influences of the feed rate of crude oil and the usage of steam used for stripping on the water dew point of oil and gas at the top of atmospheric tower were investigated according to the actual operating conditions.The results show that the water dew point could increase by 1.4℃when the feed rate of crude oil in-creased from 1.25×104 t/d to 1.40×104 t/d,further more it could increase by 3.8℃when the usage of stripping stream increased from 1.2%to 1.8%.Therefore,2 or3 standby injection ports of stream could be added to evaporation pipeline to adjust water injection position of the evaporation line according to the change of operating conditions,to ensure that water vapor could not condense before wa-ter being injected into the oil and gas evaporation pipeline,and to reduce the dew point corrosion at the top of the atmospheric tower.
