W/O型原油乳状液液滴粒径检测算法及应用

观测原油乳状液液滴粒径大小及分布是分析乳状液稳定性的前提条件,对掌握乳状液微观特性、指导溶液乳化和破乳过程非常重要.首先,设计了基于连通域标记的乳状液液滴粒径检测算法,对W/O型原油乳状液显微图像分别采取中值滤波、Otsu二值化、连通域标记、粒径计算、液滴统计等处理方法,获得乳状液液滴数量、液滴面积、液滴粒径和液滴分布;其次,开发了基于 3 层结构的乳状液液滴粒径检测系统,顶层界面导入乳状液显微图像,中间业务层采用乳状液液滴粒径检测算法,计算液滴粒径大小、统计液滴分布,底层数据库保存检测结果.系统应用结果表明:乳状液液滴粒径检测系统运行简单便捷,具备可行性、高效性和扩展性,能满足乳状液液滴粒径检测实际需要.
Algorithm for Detection of W/O Crude Oil Emulsion Droplet Size and Its Application
Observing the size and distribution of crude oil emulsion droplets is a prerequisite for analyzing the stability of emulsions,which is very important for mastering the microscopic characteristics of emulsions and guiding the emulsification and demulsification processes of solutions.Firstly,an emulsion droplet size detection algorithm based on connected component labeling was designed,and the number,area,size and distribution of W/O crude oil emulsion droplets were obtained through the processing methods such as medi-an filtering,Otsu binarization,connected component labeling,droplet size calculation and number statistics.Secondly,a emulsion droplet size detection system with three-layer structure was developed.The emulsion microscopic images were imported to top-level interface,and the middle layer used the emulsion droplet size detection algorithm to calculate droplet size and distribution.The bottom layer is the database saved the detection results.The application results show that the emulsion droplet size detection system is simple and conven-ient to operate,has feasibility,efficiency,and scalability,and can meet the actual needs of emulsion droplet size detection.
