摘要
城市民族工作是一项涉及多重维度的整体性、系统性工程,只有从空间、文化、社会、经济等多重维度考量,才能不断深化民族关系的互嵌性和整合性.以全方位互嵌推动城市民族工作有利于各民族在空间上交错融居,开展对话交流;在文化上兼收并蓄,培植互惠规则;在经济上互依共生,走向共同富裕;在社会生活上密切往来,集聚社会资本;在心理上彼此认同,促进情感共融.因此,要充分发挥互嵌式社区的积极作用,推动城市公共文化建设,坚持合理配置公共资源,推动多元主体协调治理,处理好共同性与差异性的关系,构建和谐的城市民族关系,开创城市民族工作新局面.
Abstract
Urban ethnic work is a holistic and systematic project involving multiple dimensions.Only by consider-ing multiple dimensions such as space,culture,society,and economy,can we continuously deepen the interdependence and integration of ethnic relationships.Promoting urban ethnic work through all-round integration is conducive to the inte-gration and dialogue of various ethnic groups in space,mutually integrating and cultivating beneficial rules in culture,eco-nomically interdependently and symbioticly moving towards common prosperity in economy,and closely communicating and gathering social capital in social life,and identifying with each other and promoting emotional communion in psychol-ogy.Therefore,it is necessary to fully leverage the positive role of embedded communities,promote the construction of ur-ban public culture,adhere to the rational allocation of public resources,promote coordinated governance of diverse sub-jects,handle the relationship between commonality and differences,build harmonious urban ethnic relations,and create new situations for urban ethnic work.
