Formation Mechanism and Measurement of Enterprise Management Flexibility:A Rooted Study Based on Creative Constraint Theory
Under the background of the new era,the change of management style is an important means for enterpris-es to adapt to the change of complex environment. In fact, most management changes in an organization result from chang-es in the external environment and internal innovation practices rather than prior planning. Therefore, how to break through the constraints and realize the substantial leap from independent change to flexible management practice is one of the hot management issues in both theoretical and practical circles. From the perspective of creativity constraint theory, this paper analyzes 34 existing literature, analyzes the formation mechanism of enterprise management flexibility and builds a measurement model. The coding results show that the enterprise management flexibility will face different con-straints in the formation process, and it is necessary to identify the key constraint scenarios in the formation process.Only by recognizing the contradictions between the complex changes in the external environment and the rigidity of the existing management mode of the enterprise, and adopting corresponding strategies, can the implementation of management flexi-bility be promoted. At the same time,it is found that organizational structure management flexibility, human resource man-agement flexibility, project management flexibility and supply chain management flexibility are the important contents of implementing flexible management. In theory, this study clarifies the formation mechanism and management content of enterprise management flexibility, reveals the process of employee innovation needs to promote the change of organiza-tional management style, and provides management enlightenment for stimulating employee innovation vitality in prac-tice.
