摘要
新时代党中央确立了铸牢中华民族共同体意识的民族工作主线,为加强和改进党的民族工作指明了正确方向.这个民族工作主线,是新时代党中央把马克思主义基本原理同中华民族实现伟大复兴的实践及中华优秀传统文化中"大一统"思想、民本主义思想、爱国主义精神相结合,对马克思主义民族理论中国化时代化作出的创造性贡献.在实践途径上,要通过建设中华民族统一的全国大市场奠定经济基石,通过促进各民族交往交流交融奠定社会基石,通过构筑中华民族共有精神家园奠定文化基石.深刻认识这个重大创新得以形成的理论基础和实践途径,对我们总揽全局,促进民族工作高质量发展具有重要理论意义.
Abstract
In the new era,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has established the main line of ethnic work to forge the sense of community for Chinese nation,which has pointed out the correct direction for strengthen-ing and improving the Party's ethnic work.This ethnic work mainline is the creative contribution made by the Party Cen-tral Committee in the new era to the localization and modernization of Marxist ethnic theory by combining the basic prin-ciples of Marxism with the practice of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,as well as the great unity,people-oriented,and patriotic spirit in excellent traditional Chinese culture.In terms of practical approaches,it is neces-sary to lay the economic foundation by building a unified national market for the Chinese nation,promote communication and integration among various ethnic groups,and lay the cultural foundation by building a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation.A profound understanding of the theoretical foundation and practical approach that led to the formation of this major innovation is of great theoretical significance for us to take a comprehensive view and promote the high-quality development of ethnic work.
