民族地区共同现代化进程中的互嵌式发展路径——基于文化生态保护区文旅融合视角

摘要
互嵌式发展是民族地区文化生态保护区文旅融合的重要路径,有利于本地民众与外来社会力量实现资源互补,在动态发展中保护以非物质文化遗产为核心的文化生态,推动共同现代化进程.以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,探究共同现代化进程中民族地区文化生态保护区文旅融合互嵌式发展内涵,剖析互嵌式发展优势和需求.以本地民众与外来社会力量的共同性为出发点和着力点是互嵌式发展的有效路径,即共同就业创业实现资源互补、共同承担保护和发展的双重责任、共同分享发展红利、共同接受政府的服务和监管.
Abstract
Inter-embedded development is an important measure for integrating cultural and tourism in cultural and ecological protection areas in ethnic areas,which is conducive to complementing resources each other between local peo-ple and social forces from other places,protecting cultural ecology with intangible cultural heritage as the core in dynamic development,and promoting common modernization process.Based on forging a strong community for the Chinese na-tion,explores the connotation of the inter-embedded development of integrating cultural and tourism in the cultural and ecological reserves of ethnic areas in the process of common modernization,analyzes the advantages and needs of the in-ter-embedded development,and points out that looking the commonality of local people and social forces from other plac-es as the starting point and focus is an effective path for the inter-embedded development.That is,to complement resource advantages and achieve joint employment and entrepreneurship,to jointly assume the dual responsibility of protection and development,to jointly distribute development benefits,and to jointly accept government services and supervision.
