Probing into the Ecological View of Zangzu in Sichuan Agricultural Areas from Anthropological Perspectives
The view of mankind is a fundamental proposition in anthropological research, its core is the basic view of a nation and an ethnic group on"human",forming the foundation of a nation's cosmology,space-time view, and natu-ral view.Anthropological research on human perspectives can provide theoretical insights into understanding the ecologi-cal views of Zangzu.Based on field investigations of the Zangzu in agricultural areas of Sichuan,it is shown that the mul-tiple relationships between self and others in the conceptual world of them present the essence of their overall human and ecological views in life. The treatment of the overall relationship between humans, gods, and objects in the Three Realms Cosmology,as well as the causal and reincarnation views in Zang Buddhism, enable people to transcend themselves and care for multiple others, enabling them to have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of life in the universe as a whole composed of humans, all things, and gods."Life"is the essential meaning that"ecology"itself should possess. The study of the ecological views of Zangzu people should delve into the ontological significance of life, forming a com-prehensive thinking that includes multiple subjects such as morality, world imagination, cosmology, etc.
