数字时代中华民族共同体建设的空间转向与实践进路

摘要
数字时代,数字技术与物质空间的交互耦合,展现出空间数字化日益走向数字空间化的演进之势,推动中华民族共同体建设场域开始从物质空间转向数字空间.从空间数字化到数字空间化是一个由具体空间到抽象空间、再由抽象空间复原乃至超越具体空间的变迁历程,由其引发的"过滤""开放""破壁""映射""压缩"等一系列空间反应,正推动中华民族共同体实现从异质到同一的属性强化、从他者到自我的主体赋权、从鸿沟到红利的价值增值、从符码到象征的表征具现、从离散到互嵌的结构进阶.随着数字技术的不断崛起,要拓展中华民族共同体建设阵地、形塑中华民族共同体空间形态,就必须加快推进数字空间化进程,以各民族血脉相连的数字生存空间构筑历史命运共同体,以各民族共同参与的数字治理空间发展国家政治共同体,以各民族互利共享的数字生产空间建设经济利益共同体,以多元文化交融的数字文明空间形塑精神文化共同体,以族际关系和美的数字交往空间打造社会生活共同体.
Abstract
In the digital era,the interaction and coupling between digital technology and physical space shows the evolution trend of spatial digitization to digital spatialization,and promotes the field of community construction for Chi-nese nation to shift from physical space to digital space.This process triggers a series of spatial reactions,such as filtering,opening,wall-breaking,mapping,and compressing,which propel the community for Chinese nation towards achieving at-tribute strengthening from heterogeneity to unity,subject empowerment from the other to the self,value addition from di-vision to dividend,the embodiment of symbols from codes,and structural advancement from dispersion to mutual embed-ding.With the continuous rise of digital technology,it is necessary to expand the position of building a community for Chinese nation.To shape the spatial form of the community for Chinese nation,it is necessary to accelerate the process of digital spatialization,build a community of historical destiny with the digital living space connected by blood of all ethnic groups,develop a national political community with the digital governance space with the participation of all ethnic groups,build a community of economic interests with the digital production space shared by all ethnic groups,shape the spiritual and cultural community with the space of digital civilization with multicultural integration,and build a communi-ty of social life with the digital communication space of inter-ethnic relations and beauty.
