城镇化进程与女性就业实证研究——以宁夏女教师数量变化为分析依据

摘要
在城镇化背景下,城乡人口的空间转移、城镇人口的快速集聚、城市就业机会的增加等,都极大地推动和改变了女性就业状况.为探求城镇化与女性就业之间的相关性,文章对宁夏义务教育阶段女教师数量变化与城镇化进程进行了相关分析,发现女性就业与城镇化水平呈现显著的正相关关系.这表明,要促进女性就业特别是欠发达地区女性就业,就要继续加快城镇化进程.
Abstract
In the context of urbanization,the rapid spatial transfer of urban and rural populations,the rapid agglomer-ation of urban populations,and the rapid expansion of urban employment opportunities have greatly promoted and changed women's employment,and continue to change it.To explore the correlation between urbanization and female em-ployment,this article conducted a regression analysis on the changes in the number of female teachers in compulsory edu-cation in Ningxia and the urbanization process,and found a significant positive correlation between female employment and urbanization level.This indicates that in order to promote women's employment,especially in underdeveloped areas,it is necessary to continue to accelerate the process of urbanization development.
