The Communal Ethics in Saul Bellow's works has undergone a process of change,from early works fo-cusing on individual development,to mid-term works focusing on social injustice,individual identity and responsibility,and finally to late works contemplating the fate of humanity.The evolution of the Communal Ethics in Saul Bellow's works reflects his contemplation of the fragility of interpersonal relationships in modern society,the individual's responsi-bility towards society,and his desire to establish a harmonious,inclusive,and progressive community.Saul Bellow's at-tention to social justice,continuous reflection,and later experiences further promoted the development of his Communal Ethics,demonstrating his continuous exploration of the meaning of human community and individual existence.The Com-munal Ethics in Saul Bellow's works inspires people that only by using love as a bridge,unity as a strength,and individu-al responsibility as a guide can we build a community full of hope,harmony,and progress.
