数字化转型以其迅猛的发展,为新质生产力注入了新的内涵和动力.新质生产力的概念源于马克思主义政治经济学,生成于数字时代的变迁,创新于数字生产的实践.然而,数字化转型也带来了如重塑传统生产关系、劳动力市场转型、数字鸿沟扩大、数据安全和隐私保护等诸多挑战,必须以数字化转型为核心主线,加快培养数字化新型人才、优化数字基础设施建设、加强数字关键核心技术研发、推动科技创新以促进产业革新,以及加强数据治理和安全保护,为新质生产力的发展提供强有力的支撑,推动经济增长和社会进步.
Abstract
Digital transformation,with its rapid technological development,has injected new connotations and dy-namics into the new quality of productivity.The concept of new quality productivity is rooted in Marxist political econo-my,generated in the changes of the digital era and innovated in the practice of digital production.However,digital trans-formation also brings many challenges,such as reshaping traditional production relations,labour market transformation,widening digital divide,data security and privacy protection.Digital transformation must be the core thread to accelerate the cultivation of new quality productivity,including fostering new digital talents,optimising the construction of digital in-frastructure,strengthening the research and development of key digital core technologies,promoting industrial innovation through scientific and technological innovation,and enhancing data governance and security protection,so as to provide strong support for the development of new quality productivity and promote economic growth and social progress.
